The People’s Law Library helps Iowans find the legal information they need in plain, easy to understand language. This site is maintained by the State Library of Iowa and the University of Iowa Law Library and includes infomation on many areas of law: Consumer Law, Family Law, Housing Law, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Abuse of Older Persons and Dependent Adults, Public Benefits Programs, Life Planning, Veterans Law, and Work Law.
