Library Board Members are members of our community who have taken on a commitment to make both our library and our community a better place. Board Members:
- Advocate for the library in the community and advocate for the community
- Plan for the future of the library – GPL Strategic Plan 2023 to 2026
- Monitor and evaluate the overall effectiveness of the library
- Set library policies
- Hire and evaluate the library director
The Grimes Public Library Board of Trustees meets the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 at the Grimes Public Library.
Meetings and meeting minutes are open and available to the public.
